Analyze the impact of the Center's activities on the country's development.

REPORTS

Issue an annual report on the general status of the Center.

SUGGEST

Suggest the opening, modification or elimination of areas or lines of research.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Present suggestions for optimizing the Center's operations.
