Luis Miguel Torres PhD., coordinator of the Transportation Area at the MODEMAT, along with a team of specialists from around the world, gathered at the Urban Living Lab CENTER in Germany to share and generate innovative ideas in pursuit of sustainable mobility solutions.
The Urban Living Lab CENTER, the first Collaborating Center of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat), organized an event in Germany that brought together global experts to share innovative ideas for addressing sustainable mobility challenges. Luis Miguel Torres contributed the results of his research to sustainable mobility solutions and urban transformation. The goal of the Urban Living Lab CENTER (ULLC) is to harness a variety of research, innovation, and development cooperation projects to create mobility solutions and provide a platform for stakeholders and decision-makers to manage projects in the field and support global urban transformation efforts. This event showcased bold ideas and visionary solutions for the world, from optimizing transportation systems to implementing emerging technologies, all aimed at transforming cities into more friendly and efficient environments for their residents."
